ReCeSS: Reqqy – Laura Ralston + Cody Saunders w/Music by Ryan Brookshire, Clowny – Copycat, Sketchy – SSHH!, Singy – Singing in the Range!
ReCeSS is a new monthly variety show at fanaticSalon, every 4th Friday of the month!
We feature improv, clown/character, sketch, and musical entertainment.
You can pay in advance or at the door. Buy on Eventbrite by Wednesday, April 24, for $10, or $15 after.
Doors at 7:30pm with refreshments served in the courtyard before, during intermission, and after the show.
8:00pm – Reqqy – Spinning off from Requiem for a Scene, Laura and Cody are digging into something with a live score from Ryan Brookshire!
8:30pm – Copycat – Beginning with a suggestion, a chain of interconnected scenes unfolds, repeating, gradually evolving and adding complexity, until ultimately circling back to the original starting point.
==Intermission==
9:00pm – SSHH! – Bryan Saunders, Cody Saunders, Erin Heaney, and James Heaney team up with other performers including Laura Ralston for a mostly-table read sketch performance.
9:30pm – Singing in the Range – A fully imrovised musical monoscene accompanied by musical director Ryan Brookshire!
