“Great spot for a Saturday night of comedy!
I saw 2 groups there that were amazing. First up was ‘Mister Johnson’. 4 Guys who just do a bunch of scenes all at the same time and it all works together. Then the Trans4merZ came on and crushed it. They’ve been working together for a while and are terrific improvisers. They take a suggestion then spin off scenes from that one idea for about 30 minutes. Also, they have ‘Instaplay’ there and if you haven’t seen that, you have to check it out! An all improvised musical based on a title from the audience! LA Weekly gives it 4 stars and the LA Times says “An intense hour of laughter. We marvel at the quickness of the wit displayed in Instaplay”.
